When do you start to feel the effects or benefits?

If taken directly into the mouth and held for a minute or two to allow the elixir time to absorb into the mucosal membrane, it should take 20-30min, If taken on an empty stomach with a little beverage it will take the time of your personal digestion so anything from 30-45min,
